Gham Investment entrusted Trulux Development, a Necdot Company, with the complete real estate development process for a 5-acre site in Cocoa, FL. The project was envisioned as a high-quality residential community featuring 40 spacious townhomes, each 2,500 sq. ft., designed with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

Our responsibilities covered the entire development cycle, including:

• Lot selection and acquisition

The development was planned in three phases:
